THE TEN COMMANDMENTS: No. 7 - THOU SHALT NOT STEAL

Today we’ have the third short in The Ten Commandments series, number 7: Thou Shalt Not Steal. This one was a bit of a challenge. Banana’s aren’t exactly easy to animate. They don’t stand up. Who knew? But the sets were a lot of fun to make and we had a great time shooting this one. We hope you enjoy it:

More commandments shorts are in the works. We’re 3 down with 7 more to go!

KEEPING IT HOLY: BEHIND THE SCENES

How dee,
Today we’re going to be showing you some production stills from the last 10 commandments short. It was a hairy shoot. We thought we would try and get the video out before the super bowl (because of the football theme) so we only had a week to finalize the idea, make props, test shoot, shoot and then do the editing and foley. This commandment seemed to be a logical beginning to the series for some reason, so we just sort of went with it. If this is any indication of the order that these films will be released, then… there is no order! Hurray! Hope you enjoy it:

Thou Shalt Not Kill was made over the 2009-2010 Christmas [...]
